NORTH

Pilu
Moore Road, Freshwater
Since opening the doors at Freshwater in 2004, Sardinian-born Chef Giovanni Pilu and Marilyn have consistently been bestowed two Chefs Hats by The Sydney Morning Herald’s Good Food Guide.

Pilu at Freshwater is renowned for its authentic, contemporary regional Italian cuisine, its accomplished service, and its stellar wine list. With a variety of spaces set to accommodate your group Pilu is stunning example of a space that has become integral to the way of life of the many Sydneysiders.

Bathers Pavilion
4 The Esplanade, Mosman
The Bathers’ Pavilion is an historic building sensitively renovated to modern comfort. The Restaurant at The Bathers’ Pavilion is an impressive affair in a warm setting with impeccable food and service to match the stunning view.  Situated in a striking building on Balmoral Beach, the Restaurant sits on one side of the pavilion while its sister Café is on the other.  With the Terrace overlooking Balmoral Beach, and the ability to divide The Room into two smaller rooms, Bathers’ is the ideal venue for a confidential board meeting, brainstorming exercise, exclusive breakfast or lunch or mini conference.

Private dining room capacities: The totally private Room and Terrace can accommodate up to 30 Pax boardroom style and up to 100 guests in theatre style.

The Semi Private blue room up to 24 guests.

  

Butchers Daughter
11 15 Alexander Street, Crows Nest
Butchers Daughter  uniquely designed venue in Crows Nest is the passion of Founder, Bridget Ditte.  Extensive experience in catering and styling, combined with her talented husband Michael, who designed and built the Butchers Daughter’s workshop, commercial kitchen and venue.   The venue offers a unique blend of past and present trends in their offering of catering, floristry and an eclectic venue.

The venue can seat 36 guests for a seated dinner or 56 guests for a cocktails reception – or why not host a cooking masterclass with the team at Butchers Daughter.

EAST

Acme
60 Bayswater Road, Rushcutters Bay
‘A’ is for Andy Emerson (co-owner, killer barman), ‘C’ is for Cam Fairbairn (maitre d), ‘M’ is for Mitch Orr (chef) and ‘E’ is for Ed Loveday (owner) – together they make ACME, a hip space with rustic-chic decor, serving inventive Italian dishes with an Asian twist.

Downstairs from street level, Acme’s low lit private dining room features a long, pale wood table, with an adjacent bar that also acts as a holding area for diners.

The private dining room seats up to 20 guests on an extendable large dining table, 26 including bar.

Bibo Wine Bar
7 Bay St, Double Bay
Bibo wine bar is a collaboration between former Guillaume at Bennelong Head Chef Jose Silva and former Guillaume Paddington Restaurant Manager Jonathan Mallet. An elegant yet relaxed wine bar, offering high quality and affordable Mediterranean food. All of the venue’s 3 dining spaces can be booked exclusively

Freds
380 Oxford Street, Paddington

Fred’s is all about honouring and elevating seasonal produce by using both old-world and innovative techniques.  Two years in the planning, Fred’s is Merivales farm-to-table platform and home to Californian chef Danielle Alvarez. The 60-seater restaurant has a semi private dining space positioned towards the back of the restaurant, where your guests can observe the precision of the beautiful open plan kitchen.

Hotel Centennial, Woollahra
Originally established to mark the centenary of the foundation of Australia in 1888, Hotel Centennial has long been an icon of eastern suburbs society.  After an extensive refurbishment, the Hotel offers a sophisticated new look.  The interiors feature an eclectic mixture of furniture, antiques and contemporary art, striking a balance between style and comfort.

Executive Chef Justin North and his team have created a menu that showcases a fresh take on modern comfort food in a warm and inviting environment. The High Table located next to The Oxford Bar is inspired by the original concept of the dining room table seating up to 30 guests for an elegant dining experience.

Icebergs Dining Room
One Notts Avenue, Bondi Beach
Icebergs dining room is one of Sydney’s finest dining experiences with commanding views of Bondi Beach.  Their menu reflects the depth of regional Italian cuisine, whilst proudly working with the best produce that Australia has to offer.  The teal and glass dining room offers cushions and hammocks that invite guests to relax and enjoy the uninterrupted views.

The Private room can seat 20 guests for a seated dinner or 30 guests for a cocktail format with an Italian feasting style menu with a tradition of all dishes shared, creating an atmosphere of celebration and participation- a private feast for your enjoyment.  Just like Icebergs Dining Room and Bar, the room overlooks breathtaking Bondi Beach and has a private balcony to enjoy along with its own facilities.

WEST

 

Sixpenny
83 Percival Road, Stanmore
The parlour-sized corner site, which was The Codfather in its last life, has been made over with warm woods and minimalist décor boosting a delicate 6 or 8 course degustation menus. Sixpenny is all about the beauty of simplicity.  It is a haven; a little piece of luxury in the suburbs. Luxury, that is, but with a contemporary, produce-driven bent.

Butcher and the Farmer
Shop 7, Tramsheds Harold Park, 1 Dalgal Way, Forest Lodge
Butcher and the Farmer is a unique inner-city destination for food and wine, and an integral part of the historic Glebe Tramsheds restoration and redevelopment.

A retail outlet and casual-dining restaurant from Bradley Michael of Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group and chef Jared Ingersoll (ex-Danks St Depot) that celebrates meat, Butcher and the Farmer is invested in finding the best farmers to supply produce   venture up the original graffiti staircase, leading you to our in-house Pickle Room or jump aboard the last operating tram – number 1995, to enjoy a selection of produce from the tram menu board.

The Private Kitchen – Old Rum Store
Level 3, The Old Rum Store, 2-10 Kensington Street, Chippendale
The Private Kitchen is a bespoke pop-up restaurant designed to showcase visiting interstate and international chefs to Sydney’s private dining and events market.

Located on the third floor of The Old Rum Store, a distinguished old building recently brought back to life in Chippendale’s buzzy Kensington Street, the modern design complements the raw, industrial elements remaining from the original building structure.

Capacity – 80-120 guests

Le Petit Flot
L1, The Tank Stream Hotel 97 Pitt Street, Sydney
Contemporary French casual dining, based on sharing plates and large communal tables. Their emphasis is on sustainable cuisine practices. The team are passionate about keeping it real, straightforward and honest.

Restaurant Hubert
15 Bligh Street, Sydney

Hubert is a French Restaurant located in the heart of downtown Sydney.  The Huberts team have a strong passion that is evident from the moment you step in the door, that a fine restaurant is as much about the ambiance, good conversation and laughter as it is the quality of the wine and food.  Hubert’s soft lighting and warm space along with its French cuisine brings it all together. There are seven spaces including 2 bars, dining rooms and an old-school theatre.

The restaurant has two private dining rooms seating 8 – 10 guests.

Busby
Basement, 55 Riley Street, Woolloomoolo
A warm, comfortable, knocked back interior has been cleverly designed by Alexander & Co to reflect the mechanic’s workspace at the garage. Rough walls & industrial lighting, combined with luxurious leathers in muted tones are contrasted against bright tiles and worn-down timber workbenches to set the tone of classy but comfy, exclusive yet relaxed private space known as Busby.

For a multi-functional space from the ultimate boardroom seating 10 guests, to larger parties the entire space unfolds into a dining room for up to 36, complete with a one long table or a stand-up cocktail canapé event for up to 50 guests.

Indu

INDU is a celebration of village culture, flavours and local hospitality. A place where eastern mysticism meets western curiosity. The space boasts two beautiful private dining rooms carved out of the heritage listed building that are available for up to 12 guests each.

Lotus
Level 1, 500 George St, Sydney
Lotus Galeries is the largest restaurant in the Lotus Dining group with 260 seats. The restaurant is over 700 square metres boasting 5 private dining rooms, ranging in size from 8 persons to up to 40 persons. With a desirable cocktail lounge and a dumpling bar.

The Strand Arcade, 100/412-414 George St, Sydney
Located in Sydney’s Historic Strand Arcade, The Restaurant Pendolino is an idyllic location for a private lunch or small meeting.  Surrounded by a library of olive oils the L’Olioteca, our private dining room is available for groups ranging from 8 people up to 56. Sound proof panels can be fitted to allow guests to manage the atmosphere of the space. They also have off-site services where we bring the culinary experience of dining in Pendolino to the location of your choosing, from boardroom lunches, store openings and private residence events.

Bel and Brio
T3.01, 300 Barangaroo Avenue, Barangaroo

Bel & Brio is a unique food and wine-lovers’ emporium designed to suit the needs of the growing local community of Barangaroo. Inspiration for the venue has been taken from traditional cooking styles to create menus that are centred on authenticity, using quality ingredients. This stunningly designed space, modelled on the great food halls of Europe, has something to offer for everyone.

Bel & Brio’s private dining room offers an intimate setting, the perfect venue for a celebration or business lunch. Seating up to 24 guests for lunch or dinner and up to 25 for cocktails. There is a minimum spend in the private dining room.   Private dining room capacity: 24 guests

Ventuno
21 Hickson Road, Walsh Bay
Ventuno is a modern contemporary Italian eatery set on Sydney’s Harbour in the historical Walsh Bay precinct.  The Pizzeria Birreria Enoteca menu of antipasto, pizza, pasta, fine Italian wines and boutique Italian beers promotes a communal dining experience.

This Walsh Bay icon now has a new Private Dining room with tranquil Ssydney water views, seating up to 80 guests for dinner.

No.10 Bistro

10 Macquarie Street, Sydney
No.10 Bistro, 10 Macquarie Street, Sydney is a superb contemporary bistro located in the CBD’s oldest public building and historic coining factory.  Guests can enjoy a delicious lunch in one of the elegant dining rooms up to 30 guests or alfresco on the verandah overlooking the Macquarie Street precinct. Exclusive hire is also available for lunch, breakfast, and dinners (Monday to Sunday).

Alpha Restaurant and Beta Bar and Gallery
238 Castlereagh Street Sydney
Alpha Restaurant represents a new vision for the Hellenic Club of Sydney. Alpha invites its guests to join in the warmth and generosity of traditional and modern Greek cooking. With a private dining area that allows for privacy and can accommodate groups up to 24 people for a sit-down event. The privacy of this room is perfect for a business lunch, client dinner or intimate family occasion.

Guests can also experience private dining at Beta Bar and Gallery, on level one. Available for lunches and with the private dining menus only. Beta bar can accommodate 20-40 people, while bookings for 40-60 people can be hosted in the spectacular gallery.

Café Del Mar’s Private Dining Room boasts two exclusive terraces that overlook Darling Harbour. A unique sun filled and luxurious haven in the middle of the city. Ideal for intimate conferences, breakfasts, boardroom meetings or VIP private dining.
