Quay is one of the World’s 50 Best restaurants and we are so excited to have the incredible duo behind it, Brian Murray and Tim Mifsud cooking an extra special dinner for Harvest Bites.

Their menu will no doubt showcase the great diversity and quality that modern Australian cuisine can offer.

Snack on housemade parker house rolls with pork belly ham, house pickles and caramelised butter, main of slow cooked lamb hot pot with a side of seasonal roast pumpkin and carrot, seeds, carraway and yoghurt

Vegetarian Menu

Snack on housemade parker house rolls, beetroot, house pickles and caramelised butter with a slow cooked seasonal vegetable hot pot with a side of seasonal roast pumpkin and carrot, seeds, carraway and yoghurt
