International Women’s Day is the day we get to celebrate the progress made since the year before, and inspire and motivate for the year ahead. BE BRAVE
Individually, we’re all responsible for our own thoughts and actions – all day, every day. We can actively choose to challenge stereotypes, fight bias, broaden perceptions, improve situations and celebrate women’s achievements but most importantly be braver in what we do.
We can also find bravery in the small and simple day-to-day tasks. It’s moments like these where we have to hold back our tears, take a deep breath, ignore what our heads say and pretend like everything is ok in order to move forward. In good times and bad, women are great at persevering.
Please join us for brunch as we gather at the beautiful Chiswick in Woollhara to hear from 4 amazing speakers, each from a different generation to share their stories -Grace Rowe, Elka Whalan, Helen McCabe & Jane Grover.
