Crown Sydney opened its highly anticipated world-class luxury resort and dining precinct in December 2020, bringing to Sydney the ultimate in curated dining experiences with Nobu, Woodcut, a’Mare, Yoshii’s Omakase and Silks.  Crown Sydney announced last week its latest partnership with one of Australia’s most renowned chefs, Guillaume Brahimi who will join Sydney’s latest dining precinct as its Culinary Ambassador.

Nobu – Internationally renowned Chef, Nobu Matsuhisa, known to the world as “Nobu” has opened in Sydney joining sister properties at Corwn Melbourne and Crown Perth.  At the heart of the Nobu experience is a knowledgeable and fluid service, distinctively welcoming guests with an element of the unexpected. Get a taste of the international fine dining icon for yourself and be immersed in the excitement of the Nobu experience in the intimate surrounds of one of their 3 private dining rooms.

Woodcut
– Award-winning couple, chef Ross Lusted and Sunny Lusted have opened their unique dining experience at Crown Sydney, celebrating Australian produce and cooking with wood, charcoal and steam. This concept was inspired Ross and Sunny’s travels and the memories evoked by meals cooked in a slow wood burning oven or over an open fire, and the earthy flavours it creates.  Woodcut features beautifully appointed private rooms with spaces both indoor and on their water view Terrace.

Aria

The Harbour Room offers floor to ceiling glass with spectacular views of Sydney Harbour Bridge and Circular Quay.  This intimate space accommodates up to thirty (30) guests.


Quay
Upper Level, Overseas Passenger Terminal, The Rocks

Quay is one of the country’s most celebrated restaurants and recognised in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants.  Quay is the creation of the Fink Group and Executive Chef, Peter Gilmore, it is an immersive dining experience overlooking Sydney Harbour.

The Private Dining Room overlooks the Sydney Opera House featuring an elliptical spotted gum dining table, and walls adorned by overlapping fabric veils referencing the colours of Australian gum leaves on the forest floor and seating up to ten (10) guests.

Quay’s Upper Tower offers the most spectacular view of the Opera House, Harbour Bridge and historic Rocks through floor to ceiling glass windows. Arguably Sydney’s most spectacular dining room, the Upper Tower seats up to seventeen (17) guests.

The Green Room is Quay’s largest private dining space seating up to fifty four (54) guests for lunch or dinner.


Bennelong

Hotel Centennial

The Hotel Centennial is a Woollahra institution and local favourite for decades, striking a balance of elegant atmposphere with luxe furnishings.

The Apartment has been converted from a former private residence atop long-time local favourite Hotel Centennial in leafy Woollahra.  With arched windows, high ceilings and private terrace The Apartment offers a modern minimalism light-filled venue with views across Centennial Park.

The Apartment seats up to 32 guests.

Chiswick Woollahra
65 Ocean Street, Woollahra

Nestled in Sydney’s picturesque Woollahra, Chiswick Restaurant with its charming interior, glass-panelled French doors wtih views and working kitchen garden. Menus designed by owner Matt Moran and head chef Tom Haynes, the restaurant has a semi-private dining room that can accommodate up to 40 guests for a sit-down lunch or dinner receptions.

With many ingredients grown outside the window in the garden, the menu is focused to the seasons, the selection is elegant simplicity and perfect for sharing.
