Fluidform You Body 2.0 is a 6-week movement & nutrition challenge designed to transform your mind and Fluidform Your Body.

WHAT’S INVOLVED?

Experience the Fluidform method and let us guide you through a complete transformation of the body and mind.

  • 6-week calendar of daily workouts to work every muscle in your body, build strength and glow with confidence.
  • 6-week meal plan to nourish your body and support your movement journey.
  • Complete a minimum of five days a week, for six weeks. Your progress will be monitored.
  • Three submissions to keep you on track and motivated.

CHALLENGE SCHEDULE

6-WEEK MEAL PLAN

Take your movement journey to the next level with our 6-week meal plan to nourish your body. Receive a 6-week calendar, shopping list and daily recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Experience results like never before.

HOW DO I WIN?

Winners will be selected based on their commitment to the challenge, mental strength and physical transformation.

  • Eight prizes in total. Three winners will each receive $5,000 AUD, five runners up will each receive $1,000 AUD
  • Complete a minimum of five days a week, for six weeks. Your progress will be monitored.
  • Three submission* to track you progress

* Submissions require three images (and optional video) and supporting message to accurately reflect how you look and feel at each stage of the challenge.

WHAT DO I NEED?

Your FFAH equipment pack (small ball, resistance bands and discs). Additional equipment needed (FFYB Transform Set):

  • Ankle weights
  • Hand weights
  • Skipping rope
  • Swiss ball
