Fred’s, Paddington

Each Saturday, Fred’s transforms its front bar into a European-style cafe with a menu of house-made pastries and sweets created by Head chef Danielle Alvarez that can be eaten in or taken away. Breakfast treats include savoury scrolls with greens, goats curd and leeks, caneles de bordeaux, buttermilk scones, apple and quince galettes and plum and almond cakes.  Enjoy your gourmet breakfast treats and pick up your pre-ordered seasonal produce box filled with just-picked fruit and veggies. Fred’s breakfast is available from 8 am until 11 am every Saturday.

Boronia Kitchen’s menu is a contemporary, local eatery serving home-style food from the best produce from Australia’s air, ocean and land. Chef Simon Sandall from ARIA and Executive Chef across the entire Morsul Group is passionate about fresh produce and developing new season dishes for the local community of Hunters Hill.    This is a breakfast menu that will have you dropping into to this local gem on more than one occasions for treats like brioche, roasted peaches, mascarpone, raspberry puree, house smoked salmon, chopped egg, dill, cucumber toast or zucchini fritters, whipped feta, tomatoes and rocket.

Nick Hildebrandt and Brent Savage has brought their brand of cool to Monopole, a European-style elegant wine bar and restaurant in the heart of Potts Point.

One of Monopole’s highlights is Nick Hildebrandt’s wine list, which features more than 500 rare and boutique wines, with around 30 available by the glass or carafe at any time. This list has won multiple awards, including Wine List of the Year in the 2017 Good Food Guide.

The Brent Savage-designed menu at Monopole features a range of wine-friendly dishes, house-made charcuterie and a changing selection of local and imported artisan cheeses.
